The 24-hour rule: turning any save into one action
The rule is one sentence: a save must become one concrete action within 24 hours, or it gets deleted.
Why 24 hours
Longer than that and the save stops being intent and becomes inventory. You will not watch the 90-minute course on Saturday. You know this. The rule just makes it official.
What counts as an action
- One step written into your calendar ("buy the hinges, 10 min").
- The first task of a project started — not finished, started.
- The save converted into reference you deliberately kept, with the key points extracted.
Rewatching does not count. Re-saving to a different folder does not count.
How to make it survivable
The rule is brutal only if your saves stay dumb. In ORANO, every save arrives already understood: a summary, grounded key points, difficulty, and — when the content is actionable — an ordered task list with time estimates. Turning a save into "one action" becomes a ten-second decision instead of a weekend project.
Expect most saves to die in the first week. That is not failure; that is the filter working. What survives is a short list of things you actually do.
